Warranty & Certification
Any warranty provided by the original manufacturer is affected by customization. Alter Geneva provides its own warranty covering the work we perform. Each customized watch also comes with a certificate issued by Alter Geneva.
Insured Transport
We arrange the secure collection and return of your watch, including insured transport and all required customs formalities, so there is nothing for you to organise on your side. If any transport, insurance or customs costs apply, they are confirmed with you in advance.
Swiss Made
Our Swiss workshops bring together experienced watchmakers and jewelers, trained in the highest traditions of Swiss horology. Their expertise guides every stage of the process, combining proven techniques with precise craftsmanship.
Quality Control
Throughout the project, our watchmakers inspect each component for precision, reliability and build quality. The watch undergoes a complete service and careful restoration, followed by final functional tests before delivery to ensure lasting performance.
