Exclusive Warranty and Certification
Because of the modifications, the original manufacturer’s warranty may no longer apply. That is why Alter Geneva provides its own warranty covering all customized elements of the watch. Each piece also comes with a certificate issued by Alter Geneva, confirming the uniqueness of the modifications and their traceability. For more details, please refer to our FAQ section.
Durability
Our watchmakers check every part of the client’s customized watch throughout the process. They look for precision, reliability, and build quality at each step.
